Quality Internet Services Limited began trading on 14th June 2003 its business is currently based mainly on providing Online Assessment Control Systems by way of database driven web sites to ten of the UK Regional Quality Centres (RQCs).
The web sites and databases are used mainly for the control, monitoring and reporting of the assessment and review process of the Investors in People standard and its models.
Most RQCs systems also include the delivery of assessments against other national business standards, including Lexcel, ISO, Charter Mark and Matrix.
There are also a small number of local commercial organisations’ web sites.

We have developed a common comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for the English RQCs following implementation of individual elements of CRM in several of their systems.
This system will record, track, monitor and report on all aspects of customer contact and activity from initial approach to their current status.

Our long-term objectives are to expand the business, using our expertise in delivering database driven, internet, project management and control systems, into other internet business applications.
